LunaBusco LLC ("LunaBusco," "we," "us") runs lunabusco.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

LunaBusco LLC is a studio in Venice Beach, California offering AI consulting, web builds, and print and QR campaigns for small businesses. You can reach us at poe@lunabusco.com.

What we collect

• When you contact us. If you email us, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.
• When you book a call. Our Book link opens a Google Calendar booking page. Google collects the details you enter (like your name and email) and shares them with us so we can meet. Google's privacy policy applies to that page.
• Artifacts exhibits. If you enter the exhibit password, we set one cookie that remembers you're unlocked for up to 30 days. It holds no personal information.
• Archive questions. If you use the question tool in an exhibit, your question is sent to an AI model provider to generate an answer. We don't save your questions, and we ask the provider not to store them.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting providers process basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and fix errors. Fonts on the site load from Google Fonts.

We don't use advertising cookies or analytics trackers, and we don't sell or rent personal information.

Client business data

When a business hires us, we may access its sales or booking data (for example through Square, Stripe, or its point-of-sale system) to build its tools and measure the results of our work. We use that data only for the services described in our written agreement with that business, keep it confidential, and never sell it.

How we use information

To reply to you, schedule and run meetings, deliver services to our clients, keep the site secure and working, and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the site and our business (such as hosting, Google, and AI providers), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and client records as long as needed for the relationship and for our legal and tax records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing poe@lunabusco.com. If you live in California, you have these rights under state law, and we won't treat you differently for using them.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Other websites

Our site links to Instagram, TikTok, Google, and The Connection Deck. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
